Well, I did it
Thick cut stoneground wholemeal
Flora
Sunpat crunchy
Sliced banana
Cinnamon
Crushed smoky bacon crisps

And you know, the bacon flavouring was hardly noticable at all.
I think I may have overdone the PB.

I'll try again tomorrow, I think

I don't bother with butter or marge, I just make do with the peanut butter spread on both slices.

I tried it yesterday with the cinnamon, but I didn't notice it. How much do you put in?

Smoky bacon crisps are a taste too far for me, cos I loathe crisps flavoured with anything other than potato, salt and pepper.

I meant to say. I do occasionally make a sarnie with PB, bananananana and crisply fried unsmoked bacon

Ah, I was reluctant to go as far as opening a pack of bacon just to try this, plus there'd be the hasssle of frying it.
Does it work, then, with real bacon?

Well I like it but YMMV.

And you don't have to fry it. Grill it till it's crispy.

Cinnamon? Loads! The only other thing it gets used for round here is my lasagne, so it'd only go off if I didn't do this kind of daft thing with it.
