We popped into Haji's today for some snacks - got a full carrier bag of chili-based goodness.
I searched all the grains and pulses but they DIDN'T have millet. I mean, they have just about everything else a sane person could ever want.
I need the millet to be sproutable, I think. I suspect when I try to brew with it it ought to be malted. Or maybe chucking in a load of amylase will do?
