On the left: banana, made with purple grape as couldn't get white, not bothered about the extra bit of colour!
Got 1650g of sugar in it right now, pondering whether to up that a bit when I top up.
On the right: coffee. 1kg of sugar and another kg to go in at some point...

One day, not too far off, they will be WINE. Strong dessert wine.
Not done banana before so no idea what it'll be like, some people reckon it needs a bit of time in the bottle to get good.
The coffee will have some vanilla added near the end to make it a half-strength Tia Maria. Well, maybe 1/3 strength, like last time, though the yeast ought to be able to push 20...

Amazing colour the banana has. I am very impressed - not least because we drink quite rarely and would never get through what you produce! My patents made Cheata Tia Maria with 10x strength coffee, sugar, and pure grain alcohol: mix in January, age until Xmas. Passable but not ambitious.

The colour's due to the grape juice. It ought to have white grape, but there isn't any about at the moment. And of course the yeast colony is making it opaque right now - hard to say what colour it'll end up.
